Shipping

Items will generally ship within 48 hours from time of payment. We ship all orders via Australia Post with tracking. For domestic orders, please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive once it has shipped. International shipping times vary but please allow 2-4 weeks. We ship from Australia all over the world. All items except the birch log planter and any products containing live plants can now be shipped anywhere in the world. Our lead time for custom or wholesale orders is 2 weeks, plus shipping time. All items can be customised, so please contact us with any queries.

Returns/Refunds

We believe in producing the highest quality products that will last and live with you for many years. That said, all items are handmade so there will be variations and tiny imperfections, which are a part of their beauty. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours ro arrange an exchange or return. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable.
